We note that there is a deadpooled investment firm that goes by the name of "Indriya" and is based in Gurugram, Haryana - based on their Google Map address - that is currently permanently closed. Please note that we are not affiliated to that entity either. Any liabilities or claims linked to that firm are solely its proprietors & promoters. We hold no liability in case investors, creditors and founders confuse the two entities. In order to avoid any confusion, from our end, we note that "Indriya Capital" will always be used together in all our brand communications and the word "Indriya" will not be used alone. This will help entrepreneurs, media and the common public in differentiating between an early-stage investor in India (us - Indriya Capital); a deadpooled investment firm; and, a consumer brand.
